Jela Špitková

 

is prominent Slovak violin virtuoso and pedagogue. She received her education at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague under prof. Alexander Plocek, in Vienna at the Hochschule fur Musik und darstellende Kunst under prof. Ricardo Odnoposov, in Moscow at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory under Igor and David Oistrakh, where she obtained the title of Best Graduate of the Year. She has been the concertmaster of important European orchestras, such as the Mozarteum in Salzburg. She has performed on almost all continents with important orchestras as a soloist. She has released several music media. Jela Špitková was a long-term professor at the Hochschule fur Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna. At present, in addition to concert activities, she teaches violin at the Faculty of Performing Arts in Banska Bystrica.

Ildikó Versánzsky

 

Violinist, profesor at the Kodály Zoltán Secondary School of Music and Music School – AMI in Debrecen. She is the head of the Department of string instruments. Also, she works at the Faculty of Music at Debrecen University as the Leading mentor. She is the soloist, concert master of the chamber orchestra Debreceni Lyra Szimfonikus Zenakar..

Bogdana Pivnenko

 

is one of the most prominent Ukrainian violinist of young generation. She is Honorary Artist of Ukraine, a soloist of National ensemble „Kyiv Camerata”, the head of Department of Violin of Tchaikovsky National Music Academy in Ukraine.

Bogdana Pivnenko is a Laureate of the Interpreters Performers International Competition (Chisinau, Moldova, 1997), Laureate of M. Lysenko International Competition (Kyiv, 1997), Laureate of the National Arts Programme „New Names of Ukraine”, Laureate of the International Competition „IBLA GRAND PRIZE” (Italy, I prize, 2016) and special prizes -Concert at Weil Hall Carnegie Hall on 9 May 2017, Laureate of the Tadini International Music Competition (Lovere 2016). From 2000 until 2004 - concertmaster of the Kyiv Soloists National Chamber Orchestra. Bogdana Pivnenko has performed as a soloist with the leading Ukrainian symphony and chamber orchestras and presented Ukrainian musical culture at concerts in Moscow, Paris, Vienna, Berlin, and also at festivals such as the International Youth& Music Festival Vienna (Gran prix winner), Berliner Festspiele MaerzMusik , Europaisches Klassik Festival (Ruhr), „Kyiv-Musik-Fest”, the Warsaw Autumn, Nostalgie, Malta -Festival (Poland).

graduated from the Ostrava Conservatory and the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts in Brno. He was a founding member and longtime principal of the Kubín Quartet and worked as a concertmaster of the Silesian Chamber Orchestra. In addition to concerts with the Kubín Quartet, he has performed solo both in recitals and with orchestras (the Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra in Ostrava, the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra in Olomouc, the Pardubice Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra). In 1982 he became a professor at the Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava and since 2000 professor at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ostrava.

Milan Kyjovský

 

graduated from the Conservatory in Košice in the class of prof. František Vodička. He continued his studies at the Music Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava in the class of prof. Jela Špitková and special assistant Aladar Mozi. Already during his studies he performed in various chamber ensembles / Musica aeterna /. In the years 2001 - 2018 he worked as a deputy concertmaster in the orchestra of the State Theater in Košice, at the same time as a principal of the Cassoviae Quartet. In 1980 he became a professor at the Conservatory in Košice, and is also the head of the Department of string instruments.
