(according to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain acts) I agree with the use of personal data for the needs of the International violin competition „Prime Violin” in Banská Bystrica in the following range: name, surname, date of birth, state, photo, video, address, and school, which are necessary for the organization and operation of Prime Violin international violin competition in Banská Bystrica (assigning competitors into individual competition categories according to their age, announcement of results on the website www.primeviolin.sk, publication of competition materials in mass information media or promotional materials of the organizer of the competition).
